As one of the principles of Open Space Technology states: &quot;What happens is the only thing that could.&quot; Social constructionism, right!  So being conscious of what happens and what could happen is how I continue to develop in my role as a facilitator and leader.  The container we speak of has so many components - physical, psychological, political, age, gender, values and to hold them all requires much love and power on the part of the facilitator. </description>
