Principal of Positive Matrix
With 30 years organizational development, executive coaching, facilitating and corporate training within Fortune 500 companies internationally, Robyn now specializes in Appreciative Inquiry, the strength-based approach to innovation, leadership and change. Robyn combines participative thinking methods with groupware and web-based tools that add yet another innovation to the face-to-face experience and provide simultaneous on-line connection for remote uses, energizing people and their enterprise.
Robyn has been in the business of maximizing potential in a variety of capacities: teaching communications at university; leading sales teams; managing a training and development consultancy practice serving global clients; establishing her own firm in 1992. Clients come from financial services; telecommunications; professional services firm; health and consumer goods organization. She works in partnership with senior executives, managers and teams across functional, political, cultural and geographic boundaries; Robyn has been a catalyst to bring about measurable, meaningful and transformative results.
Robyn’s second book, “Appreciative Inquiry for Collaborative Solutions: 21 Strength Based Worshops” will be published in March, 2010 by Pfeiffer imprint of Jossey-Bass/JohnWiley publishers.
A Masters of Organizational Systems (Monash University, Melbourne Australia), Robyn is committed to continuous learning and development. She has pursued trainings with masters in their fields such as Professor David Cooperrider, PhD: Appreciative Inquiry–Positive Business & Society Change (Case Weatherhead School of Management, USA); Harrison Owen: Open Space Technology (USA); Marvin Weisbord: Future Search (USA); Fred and Merrelyn Emery: Search Conferencing (Australia).
